The Coco Wood Lakes Association's annual meeting is on Wednesday February 11, 2026 at 7:00 PM.
You can vote for your selected candidates after the second official annual meeting notification is sent in the later part of January. Voting can be done easiest electronically, online, through GetQuorum, or via paper ballot delivered to the property management office. If you are not signed up for e-voting, you can do that in the management office.
There are seven candidates running for four board positions. The four Directors whose term are ending in February 2026 are Jess Kaufman, Marianne Regan, Kathy Thrasher and Bernie Pedowitz (who was appointed after Mark Dorman stepped down in October 2025).
Other Directors who will continue to serve in their current positions as board members are Mike Dorman, JoAnn Orlando, Anita Brown and Jon Gutmacher.
